About Us: The Story Behind the Answers

Every puzzle has a story, and so do we. Our journey wasn’t a straight line. It was a winding path fueled by a love for games, a project that didn’t go as planned, and the shared frustration of being utterly stuck on a single crossword clue.

Our Winding Path to Puzzles

Believe it or not, DazePuzzle.com wasn’t born from a business plan. The name itself is a relic from our first chapter: a mobile game called Daze Puzzle. We poured our hearts into it, but it didn’t take the world by storm. To help it gain traction, we started a blog, writing guides for other popular mobile games.

To our surprise, the blog took off. As games like Brain Test became global hits during the pandemic, our traffic soared. We had accidentally found a new direction. We shifted our focus from developing our own game to helping a growing community of players navigate their favorite new challenges.

But as trends changed, so did our traffic. It was then that we found our true calling, not in a new game, but in a shared daily ritual.

The Idea Born from Frustration

Like many of you, our team started each day with the NYT Crossword, 7-Little Words, and other daily puzzles. And like you, we sometimes got stuck. We searched for a quick, accurate, and clean source for a little hint, but often found slow, clunky sites filled with intrusive ads.

That’s when the idea clicked: Why don’t we build the resource we wish we had?

We started small, publishing answers for ourselves and a few friends. We were one of the first sites in the world dedicated to providing daily puzzle solutions. What began as a passion project quickly grew into a serious mission.

Our Mission

Our mission at Daze Puzzle is simple: to provide the fastest, most accurate, and easiest-to-read answers for your favorite daily puzzles.

We’re not here to solve the puzzle for you. We’re here to give you that little nudge when you need it, so you can get back to the best part: the satisfaction of filling in that final square yourself.
