You are staring at your screen. You have 7-letters and none of them make sense. Maybe you have four “I”s and a “V”. Meanwhile, your friend just played a word worth 60 points and is probably smiling right now. It’s frustrating, right? You want to play a great move but your brain doesn’t work and the letters don’t connect. Take a deep breath. That is exactly why you are here. This Words With Friends Cheat is your new weapon.

How to Use the Words With Friends Cheat

Using this tool is so simple. You don’t need to be a genius.

  1. Enter Your Letters: See the big search box above? Just type in the letters you have on your rack.
  2. Select the Dictionary: Since you are playing WWF, choose the Words With Friends dictionary.
  3. Hit Search: Click the button and wait a second.

Our engine looks through the entire Words With Friends dictionary. It unscrambles your letters and shows you every single valid word you can play which are sorted by points or length.

Why Use a Word Finder?

Ok, let’s be honest. Everyone likes to win, especially when that score goes up. But using a helper isn’t just about cheating.

  • It trains your brain: You see words you never knew existed. Next time you might remember them without the tool.
  • It saves time: Sometimes you don’t have 20 minutes to look at the board. You want to keep the game moving.
  • It levels the playing field: Your friends are probably using a helper too! It might be a fact. So why should you play without it?

7 Pro Words With Friends Strategies to Win

You have the tool but you also need a strategy. Here are the best tips to improve in Words With Friends without even looking at the cheat board.

1. Learn the Two-Letter Words

This is the number one secret. Words like QI, ZA, JO and XI are tiny but correct. They let you fit into tight spaces on the board. They also help you make two words at once (parallel play). Memorize these short words. They are your best friends.

2. Save Your “S” and Blank Tiles

The letter S is gold. Seriously. It allows you to hook onto an existing word. Imagine there is the word TABLE on the board. You can add an S to make TABLES and then build a whole new word going down from that S. You get points for your new word PLUS points for TABLES. Don’t waste an S on a cheap 4 point word. Save it for a big move.

3. Play Defensively (Don’t Be Nice!)

Words With Friends is a war. You need to defend your territory. Never ever leave a Triple Word (TW) square open for your opponent if you can help it. If you can’t use it, block it. Put a tile next to it so it’s impossible for them to reach it easily. It’s better to score fewer points this turn than to give them a 50-point gift on their turn.

4. Look for Hooks

A hook is when you add a letter to a word already on the board to change it.

  • Prefixes: Add RE to PLAY and make REPLAY.
  • Suffixes: Add ED, ING or ER to the end. Always check the front and back of words on the board. Is there a hook available?

5. Parallel Play (The Point Multiplier)

Try to play your word next to another word. If the word CAT is on the board and you play ON right under AT, you form ON, AO and TN. You get points for THREE words in one turn. It sounds complicated but once you see it, you will never play the old way again.

6. Manage Your Rack

If you have letters like A-E-I-O-U-I-A, you are in trouble. Too many vowels! Sometimes it is smart to play a low scoring word just to dump those vowels. Or, if it’s really bad, use your turn to Swap letters. You get 0 points for that turn but you might get a fresh set of letters that lets you score a Bingo (35 bonus points) next time.

7. The Bingo Bonus

If you use all 7 tiles in one turn, you get a juicy 35 point bonus. Always keep an eye out for 7 letter words. Our cheat tool is perfect for this. Just type in your full rack and see if there is a magical 7 letter word hiding in there.

Words With Friends vs. Scrabble: What is the Difference?

You might say “I play Scrabble and I know this game.” They are like cousins but they are not twins.

1. The Board Layout: This is the biggest difference. The bonus squares (Double Word, Triple Letter, etc.) are in different spots. In Words With Friends, the Triple Word squares are closer to the corners. You need to plan differently to reach them.

2. Point Values: The letters have different values.

  • In Scrabble, a B is 3 points. In WWF, it is 4 points.
  • In Scrabble, J is 8 points. In WWF, J is 10 points!
  • The Bingo bonus in Scrabble is 50 points but in WWF it is 35 points.

3. The Dictionary: Words With Friends is a bit more modern. It accepts some slang words that Scrabble would reject. But it is strictly English. No proper nouns (names of people or places) allowed.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Is this Words With Friends Cheat free?

Yes. 100% free. You can use it all day. We won’t ask for your credit card.

Can I use this for Scrabble too?

Mostly yes. But remember the dictionaries are a bit different. If you want to be super safe, check our dedicated Scrabble solver but for casual games, this works perfectly.

What if the word doesn’t work in the game?

The game updates its dictionary sometimes. If a word is rejected, just try the next one on the list.

Does this work for Words With Friends 2?

Absolutely. It works for the original classic version, Words With Friends 2 and even the Facebook Messenger version. Anagrams are anagrams, no matter where you play them.

Is it cheating if everyone does it?

That is the philosophical question! We prefer to call it “leveling the playing field.” If your opponent suddenly plays QUIZZIFY for 150 points, you can bet they are using a tool like this. Don’t let them bully you!
